“Brand new construction in the middle of a huge development area. Nothing around less than 20 minutes drive. Beside this all good. ”

“Facility was new, suite was very spacious and well appointed. Kitchen was excellent with quality fridge, dishwasher, range and microwave. Quality furniture and fittings throughout. Good shower. There was a washer and dryer in the suite. The local market shop was good for buying milk, coffee and breakfast items. Bar was decent. We ate there but did not eat in the restaurant. The gym was very well equipped and quiet. We had an issue with a door handle in our suite and it was fixed next day. ...

“Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. ”

“The property is being renovated, so there was a lot of construction. The parts that were done and the pool were so nice, very well maintained and cozy. The room was great! Definitely need more food options which I’m sure there will be once renovations are done. Planning on coming back next summer.”

“We arrived late while on a road trip. We stayed only one night and left the next morning, so our experience was very brief and limited. But no complaints at all. Everything was great. Thank you!”

“A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain.”

“Zermatt is based on a german town of the same name, and strives to emulate the same ascthetics. In this regard, it succeeds. But I suspect that, after Covid hit, it never fully recovered. There are empty buildings, small aspects that require attention, and outdated signage. Also, the spa is not complementary.”
